2. Item & Description:

• This table provides a breakdown of the charges on the invoice.
• #: A sequential number for each item.
• Item & Description: A description of the service or product provided (Monthly Subscription, Custom Branded Portal, etc.).
• Qty: The quantity of the item being billed (e.g., "1 website," "100 car").
• Rate: The price per unit of the item.
• Amount: The total amount charged for that item (Quantity x Rate).

3. Summary:

• Sub Total: The sum of all item amounts before taxes or discounts.
• Total: The final amount due, including any taxes and discounts.
• Payment Made: The amount of any payments already applied to the invoice (this may be a negative value).
• Balance Due: The remaining amount owed.
