Fleetlynk's pricing is structured to accommodate businesses of varying sizes. Our pricing model is primarily based on the number of vehicles under management in your fleet.

Base Price:

• The base price for fleetlynk is $14.99 per car billed monthly.
• This base price covers admin portal access for the Co-Host with access to all records and portal access for each of your clients to access data related to their owned vehicles (and not any other vehicles).
  
• The base price also includes a reservation log, maintenance log, and automated earnings reports. The main feature it lacks is a custom branded interface which costs an additional $5 per car billed monthly.

Fleet Size:

• Pricing is directly related to your fleet size, which is the number of vehicles you manage within the platform.
• The platform supports fleet sizes ranging from 1 to 1,000+
• There are discounts available for users that choose to pay quarterly or yearly instead of monthly. The amount saved for each is 10% and 20% respectively.

Billing Cycle:

• Fleetlynk offers flexible billing cycle options to suit your needs.
• Available billing cycles include:
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly (with a 10% discount)
  • Annually (with a 20% discount)

Portal Design:

• You can choose between different portal design options, which affect the overall cost.
  • Custom Branded Portal: $15/car/monthly +$5/car/monthly = $20/car/monthly
  • Basic Non-Branded Design: $15/car/monthly

Add-ons:

• Fleetlynk offers optional add-ons to extend the platform's functionality.
  • Clients who are interested in having their main website custom branded to match their portal are able to do so by selecting the add-on labeled “Custom Branded Website” which is a one-time cost of $750.
    
  • Clients are also able to purchase life-time technical support for a one-time cost of $500.
