Understanding Free Trial Details

Fleetlynk offers a free trial period to allow you to explore the platform's core functionalities before committing to a paid subscription.

1. Free Trial Duration:

  • The Fleetlynk free trial lasts for 7 days.

2. Features Included:

  • During the free trial, you'll have access to all the features included in our Standard Tier plan.
  • This allows you to experience the essential tools for managing your Turo fleet, such as:
    • Financial reporting
    • Member Portal Access
    • Member Earnings Reports
    • Fleet Performance Dashboard
    • Claims & Support Alerts
    • Reservation Log
    • Maintenance Log
    • Vehicle Docs & Attachments

3. Features Not Included:

  • The free trial does not include features that are considered premium add-ons or customizations.
  • Specifically, the "Custom Branded Vehicle Management Agreement" is not available during the free trial.

4. Getting Started:

  • To begin your free trial, click on the “Free Trial” button located on the website’s main menu in the header.

5. Conversion to Paid Subscription:

  • To convert your account to a paid subscription at anytime during the trial period you may do so by going to the Billing Portal and clicking Subscribe for “Client & Client Portal Access”.
  • Additionally, if the trial period ends without cancellation it will automatically bill the payment method on file for the first billing period and will continue to be charged once a month unless otherwise cancelled.
