While Fleetlynk's primary pricing is based on fleet size, there are some additional costs and options to consider.

Setup Fees:

  • Fleetlynk does not have any initial setup fees. The base price covers access to the platform.

Other Costs:

  • Portal Design:
    • You have the option to choose a "Custom Branded Design" for your portal, which incurs an additional monthly fee of $5/car/month.
    • A "Basic Non-Branded Design" is available at no additional cost.
  • Add-ons:
    • Fleetlynk offers optional add-ons that involve one-time costs.
    • A Custom Branded Website can be added for a one-time fee of $750.
    • Life-time Technical Support is available for a one-time fee of $500.
  • Billing Cycle:
    • While not a "cost" in itself, your choice of billing cycle affects the overall amount you pay.
    • Choosing a Quarterly billing cycle provides a 10% discount.
    • Opting for an Annually billing cycle offers a larger discount of 20%.

Summary:

Fleetlynk's pricing is transparent. Beyond the base subscription fee, the only additional costs are for optional design customizations and add-on features. Choosing a longer billing cycle can also reduce your overall expenditure.
