Managing Notification Preferences

1. Access the Billing Portal:

  • Open your web browser and go to billing.fleetlynk.app.
  • Log in using your Billing credentials. These credentials may be the same as or different from your Fleetlynk login credentials.

2. Navigate to Notification Settings:

  • Once logged in, locate the section dedicated to managing notifications.
  • Common labels or menu options for this section include:
    • "Notifications"
    • "Email Preferences"
    • "Alerts"
    • "Communication"

3. Configure Notification Preferences:

  • Within the notification settings, you will typically find a list of different notification types.
  • Examples of billing-related notifications you can manage may include:
    • Invoice generation alerts
    • Payment reminders
    • Payment failure notifications
    • Subscription renewal notifications
    • Credit card expiration warnings
  • You can usually choose how you want to receive these notifications (e.g., email, in-app alerts) or opt-out of certain types of communications.

4. Save Changes:

  • After adjusting your notification preferences, be sure to save your changes.
