Inviting and Managing Team Members
Fleetlynk simplifies the process for Co-Hosts to provide vehicle owners (Clients) with access to the platform. Here's how to invite and manage Client access:
1. Purchase Subscription Credits:
- Before inviting Clients, Co-Hosts must first ensure they have purchased sufficient subscription credits within their Fleetlynk account.
- These credits are typically associated with the number of vehicles being managed on the platform.
2. Activate Vehicles for Client Access:
- Navigate to the "Vehicles" tab within the Fleetlynk portal.
- Select the specific vehicles for which you want to grant owner access.
- Use the platform's activation feature to apply the purchased subscription credits to these selected vehicles.
- This action essentially "activates" the vehicles for owner access.
3. Automatic Client Invitation:
- Upon vehicle activation, the owners of the selected vehicles will automatically receive an email from Fleetlynk.
- This email contains:
- Portal account activation instructions.
- A link to the Fleetlynk portal where they can set up their login credentials.
