How to View and Download Past Invoices

Fleetlynk billing invoices are managed through the Billing Portal, accessible at billing.fleetlynk.app. This article guides you on how to view and download your past invoices.

1. Access the Billing Portal:

  • Open your web browser and go to billing.fleetlynk.app.
  • Log in using the credentials provided to you during your Fleetlynk subscription setup.

2. Navigate to the Invoices Section:

  • Once logged in, locate the "Invoices" section within the Billing Portal.
  • The exact location may vary slightly depending on the Billing interface, but it is commonly found in the main menu or sidebar.
  • Look for labels such as "Billing," "Subscriptions," or "Account."

3. View Invoice List:

  • In the "Invoices" section, you will see a list of your past invoices.
  • This list typically displays key information such as:
    • Invoice Number
    • Invoice Date
    • Amount Due
    • Payment Status

4. Download an Invoice:

  • To download a specific invoice, click on the invoice number or a "Download" button/link associated with that invoice.
  • The invoice will usually be downloaded in PDF format, which you can then save or print.

5. Filter and Search (If Available):

  • Billing may provide options to filter or search for specific invoices.
  • You might be able to filter by date range, payment status, or invoice number.
  • Use these features to quickly locate the invoices you need.

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection to access the Billing Portal.

  • Invoices are retained in the portal for 3 months
