How to Update Your Company Profile
Your company profile information, which is used for billing purposes, is managed within the Billing Portal (billing.fleetlynk.app). To update your company profile, please follow these steps:
1. Access the Billing Portal:
- Open your web browser and go to billing.fleetlynk.app.
- Log in using your Billing credentials. These credentials may be the same as or different from your fleetlynk login credentials.
2. Navigate to Company/Organization Settings:
- Once logged in, locate the section where your company or organization information is stored.
- Common labels or menu options for this section include:
- "Organization Profile"
- "Company Profile"
- "Settings"
- "Account"
3. Edit Company Information:
- Within the company profile settings, you should find options to edit various details.
- Information you can typically update includes:
- Company Name
- Billing Address
- Contact Information (Phone, Email)
- Tax Information (if applicable)
4. Save Changes:
- After making the necessary changes, carefully review the updated information.
- Click the "Save," "Update," or similar button to confirm your edits.
- You may receive a confirmation message that your company profile has been successfully updated.
