2. Select the Vehicle to Deactivate or Remove:

  • Click on the specific vehicle you want to deactivate or remove from the vehicle list.

3. Access Deactivation/Removal Options:

  • This action will open the vehicle information form from the right-hand side of the screen.
  • Within this form, locate the field or section related to deactivation or removal. This might be labeled:
    • "Status"
    • "Active"
    • "Delete Vehicle"
    • "Remove Vehicle"
    • "Deactivate"

4. Deactivate or Remove the Vehicle:

  • Use the available options to deactivate or remove the vehicle. This may involve:
    • Changing the vehicle's "Status" to "Inactive" or "Deactivated" using a dropdown menu or checkbox.
    • Clicking a "Delete Vehicle" or "Remove Vehicle" button.
  • Important: Pay close attention to the wording of the options. "Deactivate" might temporarily hide the vehicle from active use, while "Remove" or "Delete" could permanently delete it from the system.

5. Save Changes/Confirm Removal:

  • If deactivating, carefully review the new vehicle status.

  • Click the "Save," "Update," or similar button to save your deactivation change, or confirm the removal/deletion.
