Fleetlynk's pricing is primarily structured around the size of your fleet under management as a Co-Host. Therefore, adding or removing vehicles directly impacts your billing.

Adding Vehicles:

  • If you add vehicles to your fleet within Fleetlynk, your subscription cost will increase accordingly.
  • Since pricing is per vehicle, adding a vehicle will increase your monthly fee by the per-vehicle rate or If you reach a higher pricing tier due to adding vehicles, your overall cost will be adjusted.
  • The change in cost will be reflected in your next billing cycle" or "The increase may be prorated for the current billing period." 

Removing Vehicles:

  • If you remove vehicles from your fleet within fleetlynk, your subscription cost will decrease.
  • Removing a vehicle will decrease your monthly fee by the per-vehicle rate and removing vehicles moves you to a lower pricing tier, your overall cost will be adjusted.
  • Changes take effect at the end of the pay period for cancellations.

Users:

  • The pricing for fleetlynk is not based on the number of users, it is solely based on the number of vehicles in the fleet.
